TERMS
& CONDITIONS
- All orders
must be placed three days or more in advance of the delivery date. This
is because we only supply the best quality produce and therefore require
time to visit farms for quality selection. We also check that the required
freight space with our direct airlines is available to ensure freshness
of produce.
- It is
possible to take last minute or emergency orders, where we try our best
to ensure delivery on the required date but cannot guarantee it (we
do not recommend this service unless the client has provided their own
freight arrangements).
- We have
two sets of prices: F.O.B. (Flight On Board), when the freight
charges are paid in UK and C & F, when the freight charges
are paid in Kenya (this method is more expensive because the airlines
normally add extra charges).
- All produce
must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Where
the client has agreed to pay the freight charge on delivery, a signed
letter is required from the client before the shipment can be confirmed.
- The management
reserves the right to refuse any order or terms of payments.
